I find it perfectly logical for someone who wants to fly to have fear, and that is an inhibiting factor in deciding to go paragliding. Maybe that might be strange to some people hearing it, and from a paragliding instructor at that.

The answer is of course yes, and very easily. All one needs is two things. An average physical condition, and a willingness to learn. And, of course, one would add time. But let's look at things in order, and we will then analyse what concerns time as well.
